2015 Fall Cheese and Sausage Fundraiser

PLEASE SUPPORT OUR MUSIC STUDENTS!!!
These items from Pine River of Wisconsin are perfect for holiday get-togethers and holiday gifts. All music students who participate in this fundraiser will earn money that may be used to help pay for music-related expenses: fees, supplies, uniforms, trips etc.!
Orders can be placed with any BHS Music Student.
Don’t know a BHS Music Student?
All proceeds from community orders will be placed into a scholarship fund to help financially challenged students attend the upcoming music trips.
Every penny we make goes back to our students’ music program for items not covered by the school district budget. This year expenses we will help pay for include guest performers/conductors to work with the various programs, repair or purchase of instruments as requested by the music directors, and student scholarships for college and selected summer music camps.
All music students who participate in this fundraiser will earn money that may be used to help pay for music-related expenses: fees, supplies, uniforms, trips etc.! Participating students will earn 15% of their retail sales, which will be deposited directly into their Student Charms Account. For example, if you sell $100.00 in products, you will earn $15.00!
The more items you sell the more money you will earn!
Use the brochure and order form included in the envelope your student received. PLEASE print clearly on the order form(s). The brochure can be viewed online below.
Extra order forms are available in your curricular music room.
➢ TURN-IN DATE: Monday, November 30th. Return the WHITE and YELLOW copies of your completed order forms to your music director. Please keep the PINK copy for your records.
➢ NO LATE ORDERS: In order to receive the shipment by the Holiday Break, no late orders will be accepted. Online ordering will end promptly at 5pm and paper orders will not be accepted after 5pm on November 30th.
➢ PAYMENT IN FULL MUST ACCOMPANY ALL ORDERS when they are turned in to your music director by Monday, November 30, 2015. Parents should write a check to cover all cash collected.
➢ MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: Batavia Music Buffs.
➢ ONLINE ORDERING: Encourage your family and friends to place their orders online HERE. Student’s name should accompany all online order to ensure proper CHARMS credit. (3% service charge applies to all online orders.)
➢ PICK UP: Wednesday, December 16th from 5:00pm-7:00pm, BHS Band Room.
*Music Buffs does not have refrigerated space available*
UNCLAIMED ORDERS WILL BE FORFEITED after 7:15pm on Wednesday 12/16/15
(Students needing additional/replacement order forms must contact their music director.)
The top three selling students will earn additional CASH PRIZES!
(Deposited directly to Student Charms Account, Seniors will receive CASH payout!)
