Final Two Days for Hoagie Sales! Orders Due Friday 3/6! Details Here:

This is the last week to sell Hoagies! All order forms and checks are due by 2:30pm on Friday, March 6th. Please turn checks and orders forms in a sealed envelope to your music teachers.

If you have misplaced your order form, we have attached one for you! You can also download a form from the Batavia Music Buffs Website at https://www.bataviamusicbuffs.org/hoagie-sale-2/.

The forms look their best if printed on legal size (8 ½ by 14inch paper).

All checks must be made payable to Batavia Music Buffs; cash is not accepted.

Order ONLINE! You and your customers can place your Hoagie order at http://www.bataviamusicbuffs.org/. Make sure your child’s first and last name is entered to ensure proper CHARMS credit! You do not need to duplicate online orders on your paper order form. There is a 3% processing fee for online orders.

Orders must be picked up from Rotolo Middle School cafeteria on March 21st between 10am-11am or they will be donated.

Are you possibly interested in CHAIRING this Batavia tradition? We are looking for one or two energetic music lovers to shadow us during the Spring Sale and begin to take over in the fall. Please contact us if you are interested.
