RMS/Elementary Music Students and Parents

Thank you for participating in the Fall 2015 Coffee & Pastry Sale! The sale of coffee and pastries is an annual fundraiser for all RMS Music Students and 4th and 5th grade students in Co-Curricular Music Groups. This year we are starting with a new coffee company.  Driven Coffee is a company from the Midwest that has been doing this type of fundraising for a few years now.  Funds raised will benefit ALL Music Students, K-12 in Curricular and Co-Curricular Music Programs!

Some special “notes” for the sale:

Please write your coffee, tea, popcorn, trail mix, mixed nuts and hot cocoa orders on the Driven Coffee order form. The pastry orders should be completed on the Butter Braid order form. (If one customer orders from each company, there should be an order on each form.)

All checks must be made payable to Batavia Music Buffs; cash is not accepted. One check per customer can cover both the Driven Coffee order and the Butter Braid order.

Write your name, phone number, school and grade on ALL order forms. Please indicate if you are in Band, Choir or Orchestra.

Order forms and checks (no cash) will be collected during Music classes the week of October 26th.  No orders will be accepted after Monday, November 2nd.

Orders must be picked up from Rotolo Middle School cafeteria on November 20th from 4pm-6:45pm or November 21st from 9am-11:45am.

Orders not picked up by Saturday, November 21st will be donated.

PRIZES!!

All students with sales totaling $50-$99 will receive 1 candy bar of choice
All students with sales totaling $100-$199 will receive $5 in Music Buffs Bucks and 2 candy choices
All students with sales totaling $200-$299 will receive $10 in Music Buffs Bucks and 3 candy choices
All students with sales totaling $300-$399 will receive $15 in Music Buffs Bucks and 4 candy choices
All students that sell over $400 will be entered into a drawing for an I-Pad Mini.
Prizes can be claimed at pick up and are not cumulative.  

IMPORTANT DATES:

October 13-17 Start selling!
Oct 30: Turn in your checks and order forms to any MUSIC TEACHER
Nov 20: Pick up your orders (RMS 4pm-6:45pm)

Nov 21: Pick up your orders (RMS 9am-11:45am)
