Attention BHS Music Students and Parents!

This is the last week to sell Hoagies! All order forms and checks are due by 2:30pm on Friday, September 19th. Please turn checks and orders forms in a sealed envelope to your music teachers.

The forms look their best if printed on legal size (8 ½ by 14inch paper).

All checks must be made payable to Batavia Music Buffs; cash is not accepted.

Order ONLINE! You and your customers can place your Hoagie order HERE. Make sure your child’s first and last name is entered to ensure proper CHARMS credit! You do not need to duplicate online orders on your paper order form. There is a 3% processing fee for online orders.

Orders must be picked up from Rotolo Middle School cafeteria on October 4th between 10am-11am or they will be donated.

Are you possibly interested in CHAIRING this Batavia tradition? We are looking for one or two energetic music lovers to shadow us during the Fall Sale and begin to take over in the spring. Please contact us if you are interested.
