INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note the following requirements for submitting your application:

  • Basic form information should be completed by the parent.

  • The essay questions, however MUST be completed by the student applicant (the board can tell the difference).

  • Application must be received by Friday, April 24, 2026 (NO EXCEPTIONS).

  • An official receipt of your payment (partial or full payment) for Batavia’s Encore Summer Camp must be uploaded with this application.
