In order to apply for this scholarship, at least one parent needs to be a member of the Batavia Music Buffs. Membership tiers are: $35, $75, $125 and $250. If you are not yet a member and wish to apply for this scholarship, please click here to join.

Thirty (30) $500 scholarships will be available for the 2025 Summer Camps on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all 30 scholarships have been claimed, the Batavia Music Buffs will close submissions.

Basic form information should be completed by the parent.

The essay questions, however MUST be completed by the student applicant (the board can tell the difference).

Application must be received by Friday, April 24, 2026 (NO EXCEPTIONS).

An official receipt of your payment (partial or full payment) for your students chose summer camp must be uploaded with this application.
