Ad Space Fundraiser Option 6: ALL IN Package

$500.00

Option 6 provides comprehensive exposure with the ALL IN Package. This premium option includes a video ad, t-shirt sponsorship, a 1/2 page digital program ad, and a logo/link on the Batavia Music Buffs website under the new “Sponsors” section. Your business will be featured prominently across multiple platforms, reaching a broad audience throughout the 2025-2026 school year.

  • Video Ad: Your ad will be featured before every Batavia High School (BHS) and Rotolo Middle School (RMS) music concert held at the Batavia Fine Arts Centre (BFAC) and other venues. This includes nine BHS concerts, four RMS concerts, and one 5th grade concert, totaling 14 exposure opportunities to an audience of approximately 5,000 to 6,000 adults per event.

  • T-Shirt Sponsor: Your logo will be displayed on the back of t-shirts worn by approximately 250 Batavia High School students during the All City Band and All City Orchestra Concerts in April 2026, ensuring additional visibility throughout the year.

  • 1/2 Page Digital Program Ad: Featured in digital programs for all BHS and RMS music concerts, as well as All City Concerts and Showtime concerts.

  • BONUS: A 2025-2026 Batavia Music Buffs Sponsor window cling is included with all packages and will be mailed to the address provided, if desired.

SPECIFICS

  • Video Ad: Submit your video ad materials in color PDF or EPS format suitable for electronic display.

  • Submit Your Video Ad: Email your video ad materials (PDF or EPS format) to president@bataviamusicbuffs.org.

  • T-Shirt Graphic: Logos must be in black and white and in vector format (Adobe Illustrator, EPS or high resolution print quailty PDF) for optimal reproduction quality.

  • Submit Your Ad: Email your logo in high-resolution format to president@bataviamusicbuffs.org

  • Graphics for Digital Program Ad: Submit your ad in high-resolution JPEG, PNG, PDF, or EPS format suitable for electronic display. The area size for a 1/2 page digital ad is approximately 8.5" w x 5.5" h but will be adjusted to fit the digital program layout.

  • Submit Your Digital Ad: Email your digital program graphic to president@bataviamusicbuffs.org

  • Website Logo/Link: Your business logo and link will be featured on the Batavia Music Buffs website under the “Sponsors” section, launching in late September 2024.

    • Graphics for Website Logo: Submit color logos as PNG or JPG.

    • Submit Your Website Logo: Email your color logo to president@bataviamusicbuffs.org.
