The 2026–2027 school year brings two major milestones: 100 years of band in Batavia and the 60th All City Band Festival. The ALL IN Package gives your business broad visibility across Batavia’s music programs while supporting this historic year.
This comprehensive package includes a Concert Slide Ad, commemorative T-shirt sponsorship, 1/2-page digital program ad, and website recognition under the Batavia Music Buffs Sponsors section.
Your full-size advertisement will be displayed before music concerts at the Batavia Fine Arts Centre (BFAC), including band, choir and orchestra performances across BHS, RMS and elementary schools.
With 28 concert opportunities, your business receives repeated visibility throughout the school year.
Your business logo will be featured on commemorative shirts worn by approximately 550 5th–12th grade band studentscelebrating 100 years of band in Batavia and the 60th All City Band Festival.
Students will wear the shirts throughout the school year, extending your business visibility beyond the concert and into the Batavia community.
Your larger-format ad will appear in digital programs for Batavia High School, Rotolo Middle School and elementary music concerts throughout the school year, with additional exposure through All City Concerts.

T-Shirt Graphic: Logos must be in black and white and in vector format (Adobe Illustrator, EPS or high-resolution PDF) for optimal reproduction quality.
Digital Program Ad: 1/2-page advertisement, approximately 8.5" W × 5.5" H, adjusted as needed to fit the digital program layout. Submit in high-resolution PDF, JPEG, PNG or EPS format.
Website Logo: Submit a color logo in PNG or JPG format.
