Important update on $500 scholarships for residential camps
We have received the maximum 25 applications for $500 scholarship for students attending residential camps. However, you may still apply and your application will be assigned to a waitlist in the event a previous applicant withdraws.
Please note: this does not apply to the $50 Batavia Encore Camps scholarship. Encore Camp registration opens April 10. After completing your camp registration, we encourage you to return here and apply for the scholarship.

Is your child planning to attend a summer music camp? Don't miss out on the opportunity to apply for a scholarship from the Batavia Music Buffs! Summer music camps are a fantastic way for students to enhance their musical skills and personal development. At Batavia Music Buffs, we encourage every BPS music student to participate in a summer program. Our summer scholarships aim to make this goal achievable by assisting with camp tuition and fees. Importantly, scholarship eligibility is not based on financial need, so all families are encouraged to apply.

Scholarship checks will be distributed in May 2024, either during a concert or via mail. Once the board has reviewed and processed all applications after the deadline and determined the timing of final concerts, the Batavia Music Buffs will notify recipients regarding the disbursement of their scholarship checks. Proof of camp registration is required to apply for a Batavia Music Buffs scholarship; therefore, applicants should plan to either place a deposit (where applicable) or pay in full for their chosen residential or non-residential camp. Summer scholarships are done on reimbursement basis (rather than a direct tuition subsidy), which is why summer scholarship application requires receipt of payment.
